Cost-Effective
Many practitioners charge MORE for intensives, but I actually charge LESS than my standard rate for intensives (by 20%). I do this because intensives are my favorite way to provide care and I want it to be accessible for you, so you can experience the incredible results without breaking the bank.
Targeted Direction
With week to week therapy, we often spend a lot of time catching up on things that have happened since last session. Revisiting patterns that are rooted in your past. With intensives we get a chance to check in, but we have the the time to get to the bigger stuff and make real progress.
